| I also tend to growl when I am angry. I use it as a way of not verbalizing my anger. It stops me from swearing and being vulgar when I am angry.  |

Hmm, that sounds like a good idea maybe I should try that. I'm having a tough time getting rid of my potty mouth (when I'm angry or upset).

Pretty much the same story for me. I was in the military and learned to curse as a matter of every day discussion (literally using profanity as an adverb or adjective in common discussion was not uncommon). After becoming a believer (back in 2002/2003) I was able to cut it out of most of my vernacular, but it still comes straight out of my mouth when I hit my finger with a hammer, or get very upset over something.
Probably something I need to surrender to God, and pray that he will "grow me" out of it.

At one time, I knew quite a bit of both Klingon and Vulcan. I had the official lexicons for both that were put out. But, over the years, I got rid of them. | It's kind of neat that you used to know that Klingon and Vulcan stuff Chris.  But yeah......like with your Spanish or my Latin and German it falls into disuse and falls out of memory. Just not a lot of peeps around to talk Klingon with.  I can still remember a lot of my German though.  "Ich erinnere sehr viel Deutsch jetzt." |
