What are the Biblebooks you love to read?
What are the Biblebooks you never read?
What are the Biblebooks you really would like to read?
What are the Biblebooks who you would love to read, but they are so difficult to read?
Are the Biblebooks you have never read?

Do you read more in the New Testament or in the Old Testament?

I read more in the New Testament, but I have read through the Bible several times.

Ezekiel is a hard book for me to get through.

I love to read John, Acts, and Romans. I also really like the Psalms.

I had a very difficult time getting through Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy when I first started reading the Bible. I couldn't figure out why we needed such a long descriptive (and repeated) set of instructions regarding the Tabernacle.

I really like Romans, and Revelation and Ruth. Recently I have really been taking a closer looks at Psalms and Proverbs.

Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy are difficult books to read too.
What about 1 and 2 Kings?

ME TOO ! But then later when you are taught or discover that they all foreshadow the Messiah, you read them with a different set of glasses and it all comes out. Very cool stuff.

What are the Biblebooks you love to read?
Romans, 2 Peter, James, Psalms, Genesis

What are the Biblebooks you never read?
I've read almost everything, but probably Leviticus and Numbers I've read least.

What are the Biblebooks you really would like to read?
I'd like to read Revelation and get a revelation from it, rather than my usual confusion!

What are the Biblebooks who you would love to read, but they are so difficult to read?
Leviticus and Numbers. Very interesting, but hardwork.

Are the Biblebooks you have never read?
Same as above.

Fundy it took me a very long time to start to read Revelations too.
It helped me so much to read Revelations with a good study Bible that explains it all.

Re: Revelations.
I spent 1 year studying this book with 7 commentaries spanning a couple hundred years apart.
Thought I had it all down.... until....
I'm currently reading (and blown away by) "The Apocalypse Code" by Hank Hanegraaff. I'm starting to rethink some of the prophecy in Rev.
It's healthy to study from several different angles and allow the Holy Spirit to discern for you on matters of prophecy.

We never stop learning.

Agreed too!

I've had a number of changes when reading different passages, so it's always good to study as much as we can.

- Never read? I have read the bible thru

- Really Like to read? Genesis, Psalms, Isaiah, Daniel, Gospel according to John, Romans, James, 1 and 2 Peter.

- Love, but difficult? Romans (so deep), Hebrews, The pentateuch (first five books). I have a book that I have not fully gotten into yet, but what I have read so far has been very helpful. Its called 'Genesis to Deuteronomy - Notes on the Pentateuch' by C.H. Mackintosh.

I try to keep a balance in where I read, but sometimes it depends on what our Study is focused on now. Where I meet with those I am in fellowship with, we have two separate bible studys going. One in Romans, and another in 2 Timothy. So I am focused on those books more now than other times. But in my personal read/study, I am currently in Leviticus, trying to make more sense of the offerings.

What are the Biblebooks you love to read?
The Gospels, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Romans, Galatians, 1 John

What are the Biblebooks you never read?
None, read them all

Do you read more in the New Testament or in the Old Testament?

I read more in the NT because I have always thought they were more relevant to my Christian walk, but when I read through the OT I noticed how much of the New Covenant was already laid out there in advance of being fully revealed in the coming of the Christ. So now I don't dread the OT as much (although some of the prophets are just depressing).

I find it interesting that each person has their favs and their not-so-favs. I think this is perfectly normal. God breathed His Word through men to get His Truth to us in written form. Humans are very diverse all over the world, and yet every person who comes to Jesus finds something in the Bible that they love the most. God wrote it so the simplest of person could get the nourishment they need from it's simplicity, and yet the wisest of minds could also draw nourishment from the vastness of it. And everyone in between.
