A new Batman???

I hope that this does become a movie. I loved the Superfriends as a kid (well, except when those annoying Wonder Twins were in it) and have always thought that a Justice League movie would do well to help bring more interest into the DC Comics characters. I think by doing this film that they could garner new interest in Superman as well as introduce big budget films based on Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Lantern, etc.

On a side note, I got to meet Mr. Armie Hammer this summer. He is starring as the Rev. Billy Graham in a movie that comes out in Oct. I got to be an extra on the set one day. It was cool--I got to play movie star for a day, got free food, a free hair cut, got to meet a couple of up and coming actors & director Robbie Benson, and got $50 to boot. Good memories!

I read that it was temporarily on hold, but there is also a shortage of big superhero movies next summer. I think that this will be picked back up. I don't feel that the movie studio would really have let Armie Hammer speak out on this movie publically if there were no production plans. I am betting they did this to see if there was any real interest before proceding.
