| I am really digging the new album by these guys and I thought I would ask any fans here to list their favorite disc by this American Power Metal band.
I picked Theater of War. It was the first album I ever got from the band. As a matter of fact it was early on in my Christian album collecting and I found it in a used cd store a few miles from my house. I wasn't quite sure if they were a Christian band, so I actually went home and looked them up online before I bought the album. So it may just be my favorite because it was my first Jacob's Dream disc.
I don't have the demo album (yet) but here is how I would rank them.
1. Theater of War
2. Dominion of Darkness
3. Drama of the Ages
4. Jacob's Dream

| I love their ST release, mainly for just 3 songs. Kinescope, Mad House Of Cain and er... can't remember the title, but the chorus goes "Something evil walks the night" Brilliant stuff. Wasn't so keen on Theatre Of War, so haven't bought any of the others.

| This is one of those bands I could never get into no matter how hard I try. The singer sounds horribly out of tune to me. |

| I also went with "Theater Of War"- I feel it represents Jacobs Dreams best combination of songwriting and production. After that I would have to go with either the self-titled debut or "Dominion Of Darkness". "Drama Of The Ages" is solid musically but the production is a bit rough. |

This is me as well. I completely agree, wich is really a shame becasue there are some fantastic songs on that disc as well.
I do think that adding Chaz as singer was a really good move for the band.

| The intro of the first song is a killer.
But then ... the vocalist opened his mouth to sing.

| Went with Theater of War slightly over Drama of the Ages. Both are really good and very different sounding albums though. I haven't owned the first album and just really didn't like the new one a whole lot. |
