| I used to listen to Souljourners quite a bit, cool group. What exactly is the difference between a rock or metal group that's "progressive" than one that's not? |

| I have albums from a few bands on that list, oddly enough I am not a huge fan of progressive rock (or metal). I'm probably just to simple to get into much of the time changes etc.
