| On Tuesday the 24th I have to go for my federally mandated D.O.T. physical. They are VERY strict about blood pressure readings. Anything above 140/90 disqualifies one from driving a commercial vehicle.
In the last couple of months, with diet and exercise, I have gotten my BP down from about 160/105 to 145-148/90-95. Would yall PLEASE pray for me that those numbers will keep coming down and that I will be 'legal' during my physical?

| Keep up the walking, cut back on fried foods, and be sure and take a few aspirin the morning of your physical with lots of water.

| And lay off the Dew also - caffeine will raise BP. Aspirin thins the blood - sounds like Alldat has had to beat the system before.

| No, Alldat just knows what it takes to keep his BP in a more normal range. those things work, but I do take medicine to keep mine under control.
I've gotten back to walking this week, too. I've walked 3 miles on 3 different days this week alone. I'm getting ready to head out the door for another 3 miles. | If all that doesn't work try letting some of the blood out, that should reduce the pressure.

Went to have my physical. Legal blood pressure limit is 140/90 or less...
Mine was........
136/82
THANK YOU GOD, and thanks to all of you who prayed for me. Now I have a fresh, new 2 year health certificate and am good to go. |

| Very good news sabidoo. Now you have to change your trucker diet in healthy food. Once in a while fried stuff is not so bad. But remember you have a next physical again.  |
