The most albums by different artists.......

Which artists or bands do you own the most CD's of.....

Here's what I can remember (7 albums or more)....

1st - Bride - 27 albums
2nd - Petra - 26 albums
3rd - Impellitteri - 16 albums
4th - Tourniquet - 14 albums
5th - Whitecross - 11 albums
6th - Stryper - 10 albums
7th - Larry Norman - 9 albums
8th - Jerusalem - 9 albums
9th - Ken Tamplin - 8 albums
10th - Seventh Avenue - 7 albums
11th - Guardian - 7 albums

I'm not a collector, in the sense that I must have all the recordings from my favorite artists. I tend to get rid of stuff I won't listen to even if it is from an artists I really like.

For example I have owned every Luke era Tourniquet album, but I have only kept two (Carry the Wounded & Moth & Rust).

Whitecross - 8 albums
White Heart - 7 albums
Rez - 7 albums (and still collecting)
Petra - 6 albums (and that is all I want)
Saint - 6 albums (but one is the collection album with the first 4 albums on 2 discs)

Pretty much everything else is four or less from any artist.

I can't take the time to count, but I'm fairly certain my #1 is probably Bride. Petra would be right there, as would White Heart.

The only best of that I have is Shotgun Wedding. Many of these are multiples (I have Show No Mercy in three different "editions" for instance.) I am also counting the Raw Demos that Dale was selling to get fan feedback, which you may not be since it was not an official release.

Regarding 7 Seventh Avenue albums......

Not sure what happened there, as I only have 6!!!! But they released an EP which was called "Children" so that would make it seven, just not in my collection!!!!!! Oooops!

I'm a slacker. Despite having over 700 albums now, I'm not a collector.

I have 9 Mortification (the non death ones - wow, I didn't realize I had that many), all 7 Disciple, 7 Bride (simply because they have so many - I'm not a Bride fan), 6 Stryper, all 6 Rev Seven (even though there's really only 4 albums), all 5 Narnia and Veni Domine, and 5 of Third Day, Tourniquet, and Whitecross.

Edit: I actually have 8 Third Day. I only have the rock ones on my spreadsheet but I've got the 3 "Offering" CDs, too.

My Stryper collection just hit 11 today with the addition of The Roxx Regime Demos. It now joins 7 SECONDS, Whitecross and Petra as bands with more then 10 albums in my collection. I have a few bands standing at 9 and 10 albums though.

Topshot how's that possible you have six Rev Seven albums while there are onlt 4 albums?
