Chicken Breast!
I had an idea to wrap bacon around chicken breats (much like you would prawns). Takes between 2 & 3 slices of bacon around each chicken breasts. Season the chicken breasts prior to wrapping in bacon and bake uncovered in an 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes
Tasted pretty good.

That will clog your arteries in a single serving!

I say eat what you want to, die young, and make a pretty corpse. Too late for Sabidoo.

Oh boy, not every week. Seems like I only come up with something new once every few months. Right now I am working on a baked apple dish with cinnamon, brown sugar, and ghramm crackers. I will let you know how it goes.

Does sound good but I try to limit the bacon intake.

Tonight I'm making "ham & beans" which for me also includes potatoes and onions. This time I have decided to add shrimp/crab-boil seasoning. I hope it tastes as good as it smells.

My ham & beans is good but too spicy for Merrie. More crab boil got dumped in than I had intended. Just means more for me. Smile

I wrap chicken brests in raw ham and bake them.
Bake first the chicken till they are cooked.
Then wrap the raw ham on the chicken brest and bake.
Then I put them out of the pan and cut mushrooms.
When the mushrooms are good the chicken breasts are go back in the pan, I put a little paprika peder and some cream, warm it and add some grtatred cheese, eat it with pasta and a green salad.
We call it Chicken "Bologna"'.
