PostSubject: Titanic/Final Axe remasters   Fri Mar 05, 2010 6:56 am

Anyone ordering these? I always thought that the first two Titanic albums suffered greatly from having a drum maching instead of a real drummer. Same thing with the Final Axe debut. Now, they've been updated by having Robert Sweet on the drums.

Plus, I got an email this morning from Divine Metal Distro saying that my preorder of these had been shipped. SWEET!!!

Yep, I will order both Titanic CDs.
Not sure if I will order the Final Axe debut.
Or there must be a big improvement with their debut CD.

Yep, that's sweet, no not Robert or Michael LOL

I won't be getting them. I didn't care for the first 2 Titanic albums (becaue of the vocals). The third one is fantastic though. I hope Bill does another Titanic album with the same vocalist.

I loved the first vocalist, but I do like the new Titanic singer more. I also hope Bill will get that crew together again soon. I'd also like to hear more from Menchen.

That's what I've read in your reviews.

Even though my CDs shipped out last week, I am STILL waiting for my discs. Bummer.......

I haven't gotten to listen to all three of these yet, but I have the Final Axe and one of the Titanic reissues. Robert's drumming adds a whole lot to these projects and makes them feel complete. I know these have been issued before, but now they sound awesome instead of just being decent.
