| i get more upset with Christians if i see them say or do something ungodly than i do with non-Christians.
but that's the way it's supposed to be, right? i cant remember the verse, but there's something in the Bible about not judging the world. |

| We are definitely not to hold those of the world to God's standard. But the brothers and sisters of Christ are another matter. I know exactly what you mean. I try to be careful myself to try and put the best construct on what I see as "improper behavior for Christians" and I certainly don't want to judge someone's "motives" or "intentions". But some of it is clearly annoying.
I have called out a few "Christians" on their actions (as has been done to me). _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| It should bother you some, but it should not be something that consumes you, Sue. Sure, we are always going to see sin in the body of Christ. Sometimes, we will be in a position to help the person through it. However, it is never my job to fix it--just to point the light back to Christ. We should never look down on a fellow believer when they are mixed up in something they should not be. Why? Life has a tendency to put us in the same situation when we look down on them and raise ourselves above that by thinking, "That will never happen to me". The times in my life when I've felt that way or thought that were soon followed by me doing the exact same things. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

i understand all that. i was just commenting on what seems like my 'double standard' for dealing with people. |

| And remember... Christians are not perfect just forgiven (used to have a magnet that said that) |
