| First I feel embarrased to ask you to pray for me.
Since some weeks I have a tingling feeling in my foot.
I went to the doctor and she told me it's an irritated nerve in my back that's causing this feeling.
She told me to take painkillers and when it's getting worse to come back.
I notice when I walk more and bike it's getting more painful.
Yesterday we went shopping and I walked a lot and I noticed it was painful.
Last year I have had a hernia and that was very painful.
I have begged and asked God to take this away, but nothing happend.
Now I will ask my brothers here to keep me in prayer.

| Had a doctor's appointment today. She told me that I've a new hernia.  Need to take medications so that pesky nerve in my back gets rest and me too. And have to go to the physiotherapist. Last days I'm in pain. Well, to go to the physio is much better than a surgery or going throught the MRI again. |

| No fun getting older is it ? Just kidding !!
God'll take care of you. He gets you through the pain and problems, then He heals you up. This is usually how it goes and then we give praise to Him for healing us, and for making us stronger from the experience.
Other times He skips the process and takes the problems away immediately...
I pray this for you Vonnie, not so you miss out on the growing process of it all, but because friends and family hate to see a loved one go through any pain.
May He take away your pain and comfort you. |

| The physiotherapist told me what I have is a hernia.
There's a plan made to solve the pesky hernia.
Because there hernia is there for some months it will take long.
Ohhhhh I'm so relieved now -- no surgery.
I hope the word hernia is the correct word for what I have?
