| Come to the UK!
At the moment on TV is a programme about how science has done away with God. After that there's a programme about the 'Other Gospels' and a few days ago there was a programme about 'what's the point of all this religious stuff'.
Any pro christian programmes?

| Was that on BBC, or on the History Channel? If it was HC, then we probably had that air here, too. No kidding.....
You can rest assured that if they have a program called "The Real Jesus of History" that it will probably include maybe one interview from a real Christian, and several "scholars" that have reduced Christ to a "mythical figure in history".
I hate to say it Fundy but the religion of Darwinism caught on in Europe first (and a little later here in the states), so Europe is just a little bit ahead of the U.S. in cultivating godlessness.

| But, there is hope. My youth group had a youth service where they led worship tonight (with me on guitar), and one of our guys delivered an awesome sermon! Also, two of my youth volunteered to play solos on their respective instruments (piano and trumpet). At the end of the service, I got to baptize one girl who started coming back in the summer. She went to camp with us, and she was saved last Wed. night.

| On a plus point................
In the Daily Telegraph they had a report from the Christian Research Institute that the number of Christians in the UK has leveled out and in some denominations had started to grow again (Based on figures from 2002 to 2008). This is the first time there's been a leveling out (or anything positive) since the 1950's. Everything's been down hill until now.
So that's good news! Baptists are up, Catholics are up and C of E are almost leveling off.
