| Now it's freezing and snowing here I have to believe it's winter. I'm not a real winter fan. Ohhh yeah I love it to see when the snow is falling and makes a wonderful white world. But most of the time I'm done with the winter. Some winter days can be so very gloomy and dark.
This winter I started to look to the things I like. The fresh falling snow, walk in the dark when it's snowing. That's what we did yesterday after supper. The school classes who are singing Christmas songs for the older people who live in the old folks houses opposite us. I love to listen to the songs when it's dim. The smeel of fresh home made bread. The Christmas bells on Christmas Eve. Geo caching in the snow. I asked my family members to go with us to search for a Christmas cache. Now I hope with those things I can survive the long cold gloomy winter this year. When it's spring? |

| I don't mind winter too much, but I really don't care for the snow. My wife loves it.
I like the smell when my wife is baking cranberry bread. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| We actually had a little snow stick this morning. I like snow but we don't get much here. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| We don't see much snow this time of year. If we're going to have it, it's traditionally in January and February.

| Yesterday we have had the coldest first of December since 1997. It only was 5 F. There was a strong wind blowing and the windchill made it so very cold here. Today it's snowing. I don't like icey road and I really don't like speed skating on a frozen lake or so. Now when it's time to waer my shorst again? |

| I'm with whatsisname. Winter sucks. It elevates my pain levels, brings debilitating depression that I can't control, and you can't get anything done outside cuz the icey wind goes right through you. I despise winter. |

I agree, anything below 50 is too cold for me. If I ever move it will be further south. |

You would need to move to the southern parts of Texas or Florida to really escape most of winter. The south gets cold. We get some snow, and we get ice storms. We just don't get snow that you have to dig your car out from under to go somewhere._________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| That's what happend when we would drive home today. We first had to remove all the snow from the roof of the car and make the car snow free. There was fallen 9 inches of snow since yesterday night. The car was white and on the high way you only could drive very slowly.

| While it does get cold here ,we don't get snow. At least not very often. This past Feb. it snowed one day. It was all gone the next.
Before that I can't recall when it snowed here. |

| Here in Kentucky, the weather is extremely inconsistent. We just got our first snow a couple days ago. But the day before that, it was 70 degrees. Just last night, we got about an inch and a half of snow. We usually get the heaviest snow in January and February. |

| Southern NM and Arizona are also brilliant during the winter. I've visited our friends in Phoenix in February and worn shorts in the shade... beautiful. Just don't mention the summers there. |
