| I haven't had any sort of accident, but I am having some major back pains. I must have twisted wrong or something. My right shoulder hurts to move. Also, my tailbone hurts to sit, or lay down. I haven't fallen or anything, but I'm pretty sore. I'm taking plenty of Advil, but that doesn't help much. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| I could come down there and kick you in the shin so pretty much your whole body is covered. :p Our bodies can be amazingly frail sometimes. Had a good friend throw his back out somehow just bending over slightly a couple weeks ago. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| Oh man, back pain is terrible. Everytime I complain about back pain my wife tells me I probably need to lose wieght. Hopefully it is just something muscular, and will heal itself soon. -- _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Yes, back pain is not very nice. I did my back in in 1999 and very so often it hurts for a while.
Take it easy, don't over lift, bend at the knees and eat healthily are all important I believe.

| My lower back is feeling much better--which is cool! I have practice today for the gig at the Wilson Co. Fair Thursday night and really need to be able to move around a bit. My upper back still feels knotted up, but it seems to loosen up during the day. Maybe we just need to flip the mattress? _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |
