| . This new "no sugar, no caffeine" diet has taken 25 pounds off me ! At Thanksgiving I was 200, today I'm at 174 - and that's without starting my exercise yet ! (started cardio elliptical last night) No more unhealthiness allowed !  |

| Well, if you don't have any prob with sugar and caffeine then it's all good. But if you have an autonomic condition related to a messed up heart valve... it's best you give this diet a try  |
