I fell and hurt my butt yesterday while geocaching. Alldat and I had to climb some rocks to get to the cache. When we were climbing back down, some rocks slipped loose and I went sailing off the hill, landing on my well padded backside.

It's all good. We had a good laugh but I will need surgery as my butt now has a large crack in it.

Good idea, too many at once might send the fun-factor down the toilet real fast. Plus you don't want to run the risk of losing one of them.

We went out geocaching with 12 people, that's to much.

Here's it's still winter.
Rain ....sleet..... more freezing.

Some of you may remember that my daughter won the Miss Pierce County Outstanding Teen competition last year (part of the Miss America Pageant). Well that was an entire year ago. So this year she had to give up her crown. The second pic, is her crowing the new Miss Pierce County's Outstanding Teen. The winner just happened to be a friend of her's that she actually talked into joining the competition.

Just found out my daughters 1993 little beater car (that she paid $1600 for a year ago) is going to cost $1800 in parts to fix (that's just parts).....we won't be doing that.

We had a leaking boiler and that could be fixed.
Yipppeeee , no need to buy a new boiler.

Mitsubishi Eclipse

It has a bad valve-thingy (or something) that causes it to idle poorly (ie not at all when it's cold) and the computer has tried to compensate for that and now it's bad too. Also some fool jump-started it backwards and fried some of the wiring.
I found out that the idle issue is pretty common with that vehicle so it is really difficult to find used parts from the junk-yard.

My daughter and future son-in-law drove 8 hours to spend the weekend with us and were going to go saturday to get fitted for wedding attire.
Kids are excited.

Also, the carpet's coming saturday morning and we'll be 100% finished with our add-on. Only took 2-1/2 months... not too bad (told my wife if Ty Pennington did our add on, it would've taken half a day) [I'll take some pix when all is finished and post them for your viewing pleasure]
