| My church kids are doing a bake sale today in the Watertown Mile Long Yard Sale that happens semi-annually. Doesn't that just sound redneck? Anyway, we are raising money for camp this summer. Please pray that we raise quite a bit today. We had a lot of food donated--pray that it all sells! _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| And someone who shall remain nameless (ME) made a donation to one of the kids, so that he would dump cold water on Alldat. PRICELESS ! ! ! ! ! |

| And I then, in turn, repaid my dear brother with a HUGE cup full of ice water and ice down his back! Hahaha!!!!
We didn't sell everything we had, but we did take in quite a bit of money towards camp. We started giving food away about 4 PM with any purchase of water or a soda. Then, we just started giving everything away! Some of the people were SO thankful for the free food and beverages. Some seemed amazed that Christians would give them something without expecting anything in return. We made a lot of people smile, and I think that was enough of a witness for now. We did good for our first fundraiser this year, but I think we did better for the Kingdom of God by giving those freebies.
All in all it was a great day full of blessings. The best one was just getting to hang out with my church kids. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

I see....sounds like a fine line betwen "donation" and "bribe". Man it must be a blast to be your brother (kind of makes me a little jealous of Alldat). _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| We may have raised this money for nothing. Two of the churches supposedly committed to sending kids to this camp have pulled out. Without the numbers, we lose Tenn. Tech University as a location. So, camp may not be happening at all. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| That's very disappointing news. I know this news makes you very disappointed and the kids of your youth group too. I keep praying to God if He will open other doors now so this camp is going to happen. Maybe contacting other churches... Or an other location for the youth group of your church? Does that mean you only can use the Tenn. Tech University with the kids of the other two churches?

| Oh bummer, that is sad news. Very frustrating to have the kids keep their end of the bargin and then have the "adults" back out. It sends a terrible message to the kids.
