| Yes, it's that time again, folks, when Alldat is sneezing, coughing, eyes itching and swelling, etc. It's just the main time of the year when I get miserable. I am going to the doctor today because my allergies just flaired up some on Sunday, majorly yesterday, and now this stuff is already in my chest and I am running a fever. Last time I had this happen this fast, I ended up with walking pneumonia for about a month. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| I don't usually run a fever even with a sinus infection. I just wonder if I didn't pick up some virus yesterday with the CDC kids I subbed with. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| Flonase is fantastic if you're able to handle corticosteroids. This nasal spray takes a couple weeks of use to get into your system, but then the rest of the season you're allergy-free. There's always Claritin and Zyrtec over the counter now. Most of our patient's swear by them, but I had best luck with the generic Flonase. 2 nights ago I had a wicked sneezing fit and congestion, so I took a 25mg benadryl at bedtime. Slept great and woke up symptom-free. (the desert gets these little "yellow flowers" everywhere - they're pretty, but they are WEEDS and they are the primary cause of our sales skyrocketing on allergy drugs) |

I have been using Nasonex, another corticosteriod, for about 8 months. I'm still not symptom free. Add to that the nasal antihistamine Pantanese and weekly injections, and I still am not symptom free. When I was retested in April of last year, I was literally allergic to EVERYTHING they test for in this area: trees, grasses, weeds, certain animals, molds, etc. There is always something in bloom, sporing, or pollenating that I am allergic too. Even in the winter, you have the molds and animal dander. To be symptom free, I'd have to live in a sealed bubble. I'd probably be allergic to pure oxygen too._________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

My fever has gone down, and I am not coughing up as much junk. So, I do feel better, but I am still very weak feeling._________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| It's good you are feeling better now. No surprise to feel weak after you run a fever. It takes time to feel stronger after you were sick.

| I feel a lot better now. I'm not coughing up all that junk now, and the fever has stayed down. I am only staying home today due to just not finding a sub job for the day. I have one lined up for tomorrow and will definitely go back. I think I'll spend this day in the studio working on mixing and also working on a short devotion for kids I have to give Saturday at our church's egg hunt. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| Good luck when you are working in the studio. I will remember this. The church's egg hunt remind me to the pic you have posted in the bunny suit many years ago. That really was One day extra at home is not a bad idea I think. |

I've always been a firm believer that the work week should be Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday, with the weekend and Wednesday off. Ideal ! |

| This is my second day home sick as well. I almost never take two days off for an illness but this has to be the worst head cold I have had in 20 years. By the time I get back on Friday my clients will probably foaming at the mouth. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Do you normally work with people who foam at the mouth? That might be the source of your illness. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |
