Broken Silence & Vision reviews at Angelic Warlord

Hello,

In the past several weeks I have updated Angelic Warlord to include reviews of albums by Broken Silence ("Discerning The Times") and Vision ("Streetfighter"). Following are the links:

Next in line is the Paradox demo re-issue, "Power And Glory". After that it will be the new Neal Morse, "Testimony 2" (No, I will not be doing a track by track breakdown of all 16 songs and 115 minutes of music!)

You will also find quite a few news updated as well, with the most interesting being that the two John Elefante era Kansas albums, "Vinyl Confessions" and "Drastic Measures", were recently re-issued.

Dynamis, I will read your review about Broken Silence later today.
At least I can read the review now in the hope this week I can listen to the CD.

This was my very first time hearing the old Paradox demo material. My feeling is that they are a great band with some real good songs. But the major complaint I have is that the packaging could have been better plus the project was not re-mastered. It sounds like all they did was transfer some old original cassette copies to a CD-R and thought that would be good enough.

Very cool, off to check out the reviews.
I'm gonna have to wait until next month but I am definately picking up that Broken Silence reissue.
I also wanna hear samples of the new Vision album, for some reason I really didn't care for the first two reissues/albums.

Very cool CD.
some songs remind me a bit to Mastedon.

The band Maleachi changed their name into Vision too.
I guess this is not the same band as this Vision?

Yes, that is correct in that this is a completely different version of Vision.
