| So what do you like on your monitor when you turn it on. We all have different tastes on avatars and screen names and such. So what sort of tastes do you have for your wallpaper?
I tend to like some scenic landscapes.
This one is mine currently...http://worldtourdirect.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Schloss-Neuschwanstein-in-Germany-1.jpg
These are a couple of my other favorites...

| Mine is a picture of a very small waterfall I have seen in the mountains.
Hardcore, the first link you have posted is castle Neu Schwanstein in the south of Germany. It's a beautiful castle. You can visit this castle but have to wait very long. |

| Yeah I already knew about Neuschwanstein. I originally found out about it from a poster that hangs in my living room. I wouldn't mind the wait too much as long as I would be able to be there. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuschwanstein_Castle http://www.neuschwanstein.de/ |

| On the desktop, we have Nash, the mascot for the Nashville Predators, as our wallpaper. On my laptop, I have Master Yoda. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| My notebook is dedicated to Bible study only -has no wallpaper at all (wanted to keep it simple) My Laptop and Work desktops are always so cluttered with shortcuts that I gave up on full screen Wallpaper. So my new thing is grouping icons within "Fences" and sneaking a little picture where there's room. ie. here's my Laptop: and here's my Work PC: |

| I just use the Windows 7 default desktop on my laptop. On the desktop, I have several light houses I switch between from time to time. |

| Hardcore , I have been to Neu Schwanstein, but had to wait a long time before we could go to see the castle. It looks like a castle in a fairytaile when you see it high in the mountains. |

| I've been to Neu Schwanstein twice and didn't have to wait much. Go in the winter and you can get right in. The story behind it all is quite interesting.
Mine is also a tiny waterfall (cascade really), which I took in Great Smokey Mountain National Park in 2008. I really should update it to a more recent trip. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| Here is a bit of trivia for those who don't know...Neuschwanstein served as inspiration for Snow White's castle at Disney. |

| I knew that. However, my wife's mother's maiden name is a Neuenschwander (sp?) and somehow they have ties (many generations ago) to the castle. Definitely one of the better looking European castles. I have never seen it in person, but I lived (as a child) for a while in Germany and got to see several old castles. I'm sure it helped cultivate my life long love of castles and medieval folk-lore. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| In France they have a lot of good looking castles at the river the Loire. Some are very impressive like the Chambord castle is. |

That's precisely where I am right now: Angers on the Loire. The castle is undergoing repairs, and I'll visit there with my dad sometime soon. Very cool castle. |
