I experimented with that a few times. Cool stuff. |

My big question is... what kind of music is Christina going to listen to when she's 16? Probably something I'll totally hate!

| This is where indoctrination is key. Put headphones on her at night, and play metal! Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... www.bbillett.freeserve.co.uk

By that time, they'll probably have wireless headphones surgically implanted... I'll just need to hijack the audio source!

Trust me, man… Had it not been for my dad, I may have never known about metal. He got me into Daniel Band with his bootleg tape, and it all came from there.

Well, I'll definitely be introducing Christina to metal. The problem is that eventually we start to rebel against our parents' music, so I'll have to find a balance so that she doesn't just plain get sick of it by the time her friends at school start to influence her.

After all, I grew up on Southern Gospel Quartet music, if you can believe that! I was like 13 or 14 before I discovered WhiteHeart and began to form my OWN musical tastes. Petra followed soon afterward, then Daniel Band, AD, Allies, and eventually Bloodgood, Rez, and Whitecross. Took me a while to discover what REAL music is all about!

Same with my dad. He grew up listening to organ music and French folk (being a Frenchman), then he heard Van Halen and Daniel Band and everything came from there too.

BTW, Christina was weighed again yesterday, and she is now up to 9 pounds. All the doctors and nurses are very pleased with how well she is doing! Thanks again to all of you for your prayers!

Laura is doing pretty well, all things considered. She is still in a lot of pain, and it will still be a long recovery for her. But she's taking less and less pain-killers now, so that's a good sign. She is also starting to do a little bit of housework, which is another good sign ( ), but she does get worn out and sore very quickly. Again, I emphasize how BRUTAL of a delivery this was, so it's very understandable that it will be a long recovery. So please keep praying for Laura as well as Christina. Thanks!
