| May everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving here in the USA. Today we commemorate the day that the settlers at Plymouth Rock sat down with the Native Americans for a meal. They thanked God for a bountiful harvest.
Maybe you've hit on hard times this year. We all do. My wife lost her daddy a month ago. Vonnie just lost an aunt. Some of you may have lost jobs or spouses or maybe your own health. But, there is something to be thankful for even if life is crap right now: Jesus loves you.
I urge everyone, even if you don't normally do it, to go to the Bible study and prayer request room to read today's Scripture. If you have nothing else, you can praise God in the storm's of life because of what He has done for you. Read the verses--it's very humbling and uplifting at the same time. _________________  I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |
