What were you doing with a girl's bladder in the first place?

| Oh no man, CHM is a "guilt free zone" no need to feel guilty for not posting like a maniac (like me) (so that mean's you can't make me feel guilty either ). And very sorry to hear about your grand-daughter, I will certainly add her and the rest of your family to my prayers.[/quote] Thanks, more than words can express! We certainly covet your prayers! |

| My main "old guy" problem is insomnia: I average maybe 5 hours of sleep per 24-hour period, and that's usually in two separate "installments." Turns out that my Dad had exactly the same issue set in at pretty much exactly the same time of his life. Considering how little rest I get (and how stinkin' overweight I am), the Lord continues to bless me with relatively good health overall, for which I am VERY grateful. Rob |

| I seem to be having some sleeping troubles in the last year as well. Probably once a week I will go to bed and lay there for 3+ hours trying to get to sleep. Or on occasion something will wake me up about 2 hours before my alarm is set to go off and I can't get back to sleep. Makes for a tiring day _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... | Not saying this helps for everyone, but, I had chronic sleep problems for years when I was my sickest. When I changed my diet a year ago, my sleep patterns just fell into place and I sleep pretty good now.
I was getting too much caffeine and sugar throughout the day (and evening), and my body was all jacked up cuz of it. Now with no sugar and no caffeine, most nights I get about 7 hours uninterrupted. (not to mention my heart condition doesn't bother me through the night cuz of my new diet too) |

| I amped on caffeine for WAY too many years, followed by about 3 years of abusing amphetamines. These days, nothing jacks me up. Caffeine puts me to sleep. Wierd thing though- 5 hours of sleep a night is more than adequate. |
