Nomad Son, Veni Domine, and Last Chapter are all good, with clean vocals.
Ashen Mortality and Doomenicus have more death type vocals.

If you can find it (which I can't seem to). There is a band called "Starchild" that put out two very Sabbath/Ozzy inspired albums a few years back. I'm not certain but I don't think it was completely a "Christian band" as a few members may not have been Christian. (I think Alldat has a Starchild album that I have been begging him for years to sell to me).
You also might want to check out Troglodyte Dawn & Forsaken.

Randy of Troglodyte Dawn runs The Cave, that discusses lots doom - the 5 specific band forums could be considered Christian but you'd need to verify which bands are in the Doom Room.
