They came back

What do you think about the bands that years ago have been released many good CDs?
Then they took a long break and then come back again with new CDs
I think of bands like Joshua, Bride, Teramaze, Saint Stryper.
I'm sure there are more bands like this.

What do you like more, their older stuff or the newer released CDs?

I for one am very happy that Saint came back, they have made some of my favorite albums after reuniting. I think "Hell Blad" and "Desperate Night" are just as good (if not better) than any of the albums they made in the 80's.

Me too.
I like the newer Saint CDs.
Not all, but the newer Cd is a very cool one.

About Teramaze, I like their older stuff more than the newer CD.

I've never been much of a Teramaze fan. I like a handfull of tracks from their "Tears to Dust" album and that is it.

Overall I like Stryper's first 3 albums better than anything they have done since their return, but that is probably mostly nostalgia because most of their newer stuff is really good too.

I like that the old bands come back but hate it when they change their style or sound. I see the same thing in secular music sometimes when old bands come back. If I buy stryper I am looking for the 80s sound that made them famous. If I buy a dokken album I want the old 80s dokken sound that made them famous.
