Thanks! It looks rather interesting, and I would definitely like to give it a try. Funny but any recipe that begins with "pork scraps" makes me think of head cheese (yuck). I will have to ask around and find out if anyone here in the Pacific NW knows someone who makes/enjoys scrapple.

All this talk of scrapple made me hungry..I had to buy some turkey bacon, eggs, and RAPA scrapple for Saturday morning..hmmmm..there goes the diet..

Rapa is the BEST store bought scrapple...
