Project Damage Control

I am sure there have been threads about PDC here at CHM in the past (but I cannot locate them). What does everyone think about this melodic rock band with a couple of former Petra members? Samples can be heard at: http://www.myspace.com/vahproductionsaolcom

I have the first CD. I thought it was ok but a bit of a let down for me. I enjoyed John Schlitts vocals and the music but I thought it was a little weak lyrically. I admit that I am not a lyricist so that probably doesn't hold much weight. Like I said, just ok for me. I am beginning to agree with alldat thou in that I wish Petra would just return. I was also excited about the Viktor cd Feat Louie Weaver but the samples I heard weren't very good. They (Petra) need to release another albume along the lines of TMW or BTTS which were thier best,imo. I mean really, 2 Guys From Petra, who they trying to kid.
