After listening to this, I just am rather underwhelmed. Oh, the musicianship is good, but there is just nothing grabbing me at this time. The lyrics are leaving me rather cold as well. I guess it won't make my favorites for 2014 list.

I've only heard bits and pieces of this album but if it's anything like their last album i'll get it and yes the Empire 21 album is good.

Not sure what it means but it sounds bizarre.

Sounds to me like he is talking about his guide dog

Seeing eye dog was my 2nd choice! lol!

Perhaps they are using metaphors like Soloman. I felt like, after reading this, that they were talking about wisdom.

Listening to the rest of it this morning, I think it's telling the story of a person who's valuing beauty over everything else and its futility.
