Just curious about these lyrics

Very old Jonathan Edwards song, some of you old ferts will remember it - I've heard it a million times, but today's the 1st time I questioned the lyrics... he's not talking about Jesus in this is he ?  If he is, it's pretty rebellious lyrics:

Hahaha oh I used to LOVE that show!  Gosh, now I want to watch it again...

I think I actually liked the Tiny Toons characters better than Pinky & The Brain....there was also the Warner Brothers and their wacky sister Dot.
Plucky Duck was my favorite....but you also had to give props to Slappy Squirrel (because if you didn't she would whack you with her bag)
