| How do you go about selecting artists, whether new or reissues, to carry on your label?

| DO you consider the Christian music industry a ministry?
If so who is the ministry aimed at?
What do you think about bands like stryper claiming they are not Christian bands and that the whole Christian label is nonsense...
What is the industry definition of a "Christian" band?
Do you expect the band members to live a certain lifestyle?
Do you only sign artist that consider themselves a ministry?
Why isn't more done to promote Christian bands in the mainstream music arena (radio, TV, touring)?
Why isn't more Christian metal and Rock cd's for sale in mainstream stores like Hastings, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, FYE, etc. ? |
