Are we under attack?

There was a large explosive detonated in NYC last night with 29 injured.  Some NYC officials are saying that they are not allowed by the Obama Administration to use the word 'terrorism'.  A second device was found and removed.

If that were all, I wouldn't think much about it.

However, a similar explosive was found at a Marine event in New Jersey.  An explosion from a garbage can happened.  Fortunately, the run that the Marines were to be taking part in started late so no one was injured.

Also, a knife wielding man stabbed 18 people at a St. Cloud, Minnesota mall.  No reports of the man's background, but the media has slipped and said that he was overheard making a reference to Allah and even asked someone if they were Muslim. 

Somehow, none of these attacks are being called terrorism.  After 9/11, this word was dropped quickly.

So, are they just trying to prevent widespread panic?  Are we under attack on multiple fronts and the media has been ordered not to say so?  If that is the case, why the blackout of the truth?  Could it be that, even though Muslims are only 2% radicalized, we have allowed enough to enter the country to where they have enough for an organized terror machine?   If so, why is our country not doing anything about that?

To be honest, terrorism does scare me.  Our government scares me even more.

There are approximately 1.6 billion muslims in the world.  If 2% are radicalized, that means there are 32 million muslim whackos out there.  That's a lot of whackos.

I just hate it that things have gotten so PC here that the media won't even HINT at terrorism in these three incidents that all happened within hours. I don't care if it was done by a Muslim extremist, a Christian, a Chinese baker, or South American drug lord:  its terrorism no matter what.

It's all new to me as this is the first I have heard about it.... But I have been under a rock for the last day.... Watched college football yesterday and nothing else. Then on the road all day today traveling for business to Orlando. Catching up on reading now and this thread is the first I have seen about it. The TV here at the hotel is playing in the background but i have football on... Will move around and look for some news.

The FBI is now saying that the mall attack in St. Cloud is being looked at as terrorism.

I think they (FBI) are being very careful about labeling things terrorism because it does case a bit of a panic and once you pull the terrorism rabbit out of the hat, it is hard to get it back in.  Plus investigating a terror plot is a whole different investigative protocol than just some nutter with a knife/gun/bomb.  The media I'm sure would LOVE to call it terrorism because sensationalism sells.

It's very scary all the radical muslims who are attacking people.
Terrorism scares me too.

In Europe are millions of refugees from Syria, you don't know howm many terrorist there are under all those refugees.
In the city where I live are Syrian refugees too.
