| I Am Legend. Saw it last night and it scared me! I must be getting a bit shaky in my old age, as I even had to shut my eyes for part of it! Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... www.bbillett.freeserve.co.uk

| Watched "Rocky Balboa" the other night with the misses (her pick not mine). I was actually somewhat impressed. A little less violence than usual, a better than average story line, and I don't remember any profanity in it. I didn't have much in the way of expectations going into the film. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Beyond the Gates - a very powerful story of the Rwandan genocide that I enjoyed more than Hotel Rwanda _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| Ironically, this one had more faith element, but also covered only about 8 days worth of time as the setting is where one of the early major slaughters took place. It's not an easy film to watch in some points - not overly gory but just the evil involved. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

That was a pretty good flick. I don't think it was up to par for a theatrical release, but Fox Faith did give it a shot. I think most of the Fox Faith stuff will be distributed more to TV now. With their last release "Saving Sarah Cain", they were planning a release in theaters. But, Lifetime stepped in with a HUGE bid to run it on TV. Fox Faith felt that this was more than the movie would gross in theaters, so they sold the performance rights._________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

The Final Inquiry just went straight to DVD also. Grrr. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

With Fox Faith being owned by a secular company, I guess they just started looking at how they could best financially benefit from these films. Unfortunately, when you start putting a Christ-centered message in a movie or in music, the world at large pretty much ignores you regardless of if the film or CD is as good as anything else out. For the most part, we Christians are the ones watching movies with a Christian worldview. So, I would say that movie theaters were not really packed out for their previous movies. Going straight to DVD, or taking the highest bidder for network television, might really be the best profitable choice for Fox._________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |
