I assume it's still summer so no need to change our avatars again.
Or do you have other thoughts about this?

Me too.  We don't need to wait until the end of summer to do something different.  Does anyone have a good idea, something we could do for September?
Maybe your favorite cartoon animal, or a musical instrument...maybe your state/national flag?

Hey favorite rock/metal vocalist isn't a bad idea.
At least Fundy wouldn't have to change his avatar.

I'm in. Of course I had to go with Nash The Slash, who has a distinct voice in addition to being a unique musician and performer.

Changed mine to Robin Kyle Basuari (vocalist for Die Happy, Red Sea, and the last PK Mitchell Hymns project).

I am still trying to think of which artist I want to use.  There are some great vocalists out there.  Ken Tamplin has the power and range I love, but so does David Coverdale and Sammy Hagar.  Alice Cooper is limited with what he does, but he knows how to maximize what he has to make his own style.  Dale Thompson has the grit and power needed for Bride's sound.  Ronnie James Dio knew how to switch from the gritty sound to a clean sound to give the impression of hitting higher notes even though he was a baritone.

Man, I think this is hard!!!

I chose mine based on how I'd like the vocalist in my band to sound.

Who is that?  I don't recognize him.
It almost looks a little like Chris O'Dowd.

No, it's not Chris O'Dowd.
It's a member of a famous Christian hard rock band.

I think the theme was a vocalist for September.
Well if so I'm an exception for this month.
