| could you send some prayer to our Father that I won't have to have surgery for a while. The circumstance is this: most of you know I've got a bum spine and have had 2 surgeries already. The Xray doc told me I have other discs and such that are in bad shape too. Anyways, I've been fine since my last lumbar surgery in May '07... until about 4 days ago. I started waking up throughout the night with pain and numbness in my arms (moreso my right arm and hand). It's not getting any better despite special pillows and other means of proper home spine treatment. The pain begins in my lower neck, upper middle back and is all too familiar. I said all that to say this... I'm in between Cobra insurance and my new Union insurance which will take at least a couple months, therefore I don't want to be in a position of excrutiating pain (as in the past) during this transition. I'm trusting God as always and know He will take care of His child, but I want us to agree together as His children that I stay stable for a while. Thank you guys for listening and praying, I appreciate you. |

| Very sad to hear about this brother. Seems like you just had surgery. Praying that God will alleviate your pain brother, and make it so you do not have an serious medical expenses (at least until your insurance kicks in). I have faith that our Lord will see you through this. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Muchas gracias compadres. I don't want to worry about it cuz I know God's got my back (get it? )... I'm just not looking forward to more pain, or being out of work for any length of time. |

| I'll pray with you, bro. Any kind of prolonged pain can really drag you down mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Since everything your body does is supported by your back, I imagine that you feel pretty bad all over. You have a good attitude about this, though. The Lord does "have your back". He will bring you through this whether healing comes supernaturally or through surgery in due time. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |
