| So for some reason, my worship leader and head pastor think I'm a good person to lead worship team devotions every week. For the first 12 weeks, the curriculum was planned for me. But next week is the last week.
I have a topic I feel like God wants me to teach on - prayer - and it's relationship to praise and worship.
Anyone have any thoughts or Scriptures they want to share on the topic? I have something of a foundation but I'm struggling to bring it together.

| Sometimes it helps me with sermon or teaching prep to write out the point or points I wish to make and work backwards. If it is truly biblical, you will find a passage to fit the points. If not, you may have to redo your points.
I doubt that helps as my wacky brain just works that way sometimes. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| Actually that makes sense. Begin with the end kind of thinking....
Thanks. I'll see if that helps.

| So I've been working on this and it turned from one semi-long devotional with a big point to (likely) a 6 part devotional with six separate points...
Thanks for the advice. I went to where I wanted to end and had to work backwards and it worked...
