A lot of bands tune 1/2 step down.  Easier on the vocalist.

I know. Still drives me mad for no good reason, except maybe perfect pitch and the habit of playing in standard tuning. I expect things to be around normal scales and they aren't. I'm convinced it's ruined my enjoyment of Stryper, some Saint, some Metallica, Classic Petra, Deliverance, and more.

Full step down, though, I'm totally fine with.
