I drive a '99 Ford Focus. It's pretty reliable and we've had hardly any problems with it (apart from hitting 2 foxes and a drunk.... but that's another story!) It's done almost 130000 miles but keeps us going nicely. What's everyone else drive.

I drive a 2002 Ford Ranger pickup. I bought it new, and I have around 140,000 miles on it. It is considered a sports truck, so I drive it more like a sports car!

I haven't had any difficulties with it, and it's really fun to drive. So, I think I'm going to keep driving it until it starts costing me a fortune in repairs, or until the wheels fall off....whichever comes first!

Why's your car look like a white box with a red X in it. That can't be very aerodynamic....

Not for me.

I drive a 1993 Toyota Camry. It has 170,000 miles and it sounds like I probably need to replace a cv joint or something. But for the last 100,000 miles all I have needed to do is fix a few oil leaks.

My wife drives a 1999 Toyota Sienna (at least I think it is 1999?)
The engine completely siezed up on it this last winter. Turns out that for some reason the engine gelatized the oil. But I can't complain too much, Toyota gave us a brand new engine completely free.

So is your steering wheel on the proper side for you to drive on the left side of the road?

OK, since the picture on mine isn't working, I made a link to a page with a Ford Ranger very similar to mine. Maybe I'll go wash the truck and get an actual photo of it.

I drive a Totyota Yaris Verso 2000.
Great car and is not giving me many problems.
The only bad things is the "dancing" CD player.

I'm not having problems to watch the Ford sport truck.

Hi Alldat,

I can see your car now. Looks really good. Nice and beefy.

Hi Staybrite,

The steering wheel is on the right hand side, as we drive on the left. Very Happy

So does that make it a "domestic" model, or an "import".

It's a domestic model. A friend once bought an american car, and it was always strange sitting in the driving seat without a wheel in front of you!
Shocked

Oh I bet that would be strange.

Doesn't the rest of Europe drive on the right side of the road (like us in the U.S.)?

Australia and New Zealand drive on the left, and I think it was Sweden that used to drive on the left, but changed overnight back in the 50's. Those were crazy days I bet.

That was probably more frightening than switching to the metric system overnight.

We don't have a car right now, but if we did, it would have to be my wife driving, because I can't drive anymore due to bad eyesight.

But in my DREAMS... I drive...

Porsche 911 Carerra 4
'68 Camero SS
'57 Corvette (red, of course)... a '58 will do in the absence of a '57

I drive an 88 Jeep Cherokee (AMC, not Chrysler) with about 170k. It's got the 4.0L straight six. Bulletproof!

For close to 14 years I drove a 1993 Acura Integra (bright blue) that I recently traded in after 330K miles. The replacement? A bright red Honda Civic EX (which currently only has around 500 miles on it).

The best part of the new Honda? Other than the gas mileage (30 city/40 highway) it would have to be the 360 watt stereo- or perhaps the sun roof.

The Honda dealership was even offering for sale the "warp drive" version of the car but I could not afford the dilithium crystal...
