| Yesterday I listened to Day Of Fire's "Cut & Move". Went to Amazon to see more CDs of DOF.
I'm surprised to see I missed 3 of the CDs of this great band. They released:
Day Of Fire S/T Fade Away Cut And Move Losing All
Now I wonder if their self titled album a good one and what about "Fade Away"'. |

| The S/T album is IMO their best album by far. His voice is less rough and a lot smoother. Ever since that album his voice got a lot more rough. Fading away is just a single they released off the S/T album, good song though. |

| I'm streaming the "Losing All" disc right now at AolMusic. I gotta say it is at least as good as "Cut & Move" (possibly even better). For my money I still think their debut is my favorite. Great band though, I don't think you can go wrong with any of their albums _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I got my new disc today. At first listen, I hear a mix of the first two albums with a hint of some classic rock thrown in. Yes, DoF is still a modern rock band, but there are some solos thrown in here for fun. The songs are well written as well.
Not sure I will call this my favorite of the three, but I already like it better than "Cut & Move". _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

C & M was good...but the songs were way too short. No room for solos. That devalued it IMO. Glad to hear that the new album delivers the goods. |

Lyrically, that's my favorite song on the disc. Here's a sample of the lyrics:
"They say Jesus walked the Dark Hills, he broke bread with beggars and thieves. If I cry out in this darkness, if I fall down on my knees. When he walks the dark hills, the Lord will come for me."
Id say musically, either Lately or Cold Addiction is my favorite. |

| I need to find out if any CD stores around here will order it in for me. Not a lot of places in Peterborough carry Christian music, so to this point I don't actually own any Day of Fire, but I would love to. Living in a big city now though for college, I think there is hope! :p |

| Bsax, do you have like a best buy or FYE in your area?. they are on a mainstream label now so you should be able to find it wherever secular music is sold |

FYE (For Your Entertainment?) is a video/music only store here in the states. Seems like a lot of the ones in my area (Western Washington state) have gone out of business. It is likely they don't even have any in Canada. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| If I lived in Cookeville or near I would be at that concert. Not to get off the subject but Wake the Light is a realllllllllllllly good band. Been waiting forever for thier album. Originally it was produced by Travis Wyrick But back to the topic at hand, finally got Losing All and it is very good and I'm digging it |
