Oh man I loved all those groups! Sadly I don't know of any Christian band that sounds like 80's Accept.
try these bands if you haven't already, all have an element of 80's sound to them
Red Sea (heavy blues based rock/metal...lots of Deep Purple influence) Septer (there albums are at cdbaby) Spittin Jonah (also at cdbaby)

Broken tulsa you might check out the band Mad Max's 2 cds called Night of White rock & white sands. These are 2 cds where they started to sing about their faith. They have that 80's rock sound you might like. I know I dig em. Their earlier stuff was secular!!!

Those three songs are different styles of 80's so here are a few suggestions, I say, you tube some songs and see what you think:
These bands all have quite a few albums, and some of the styles change form album to album, so make sure you listen to different albums

The closest thing I can think of to that Rainbow song would be Mastedon 3 by John Elefante.
As far as Accept, the first Septer album does have that vibe. Maybe a little bit of Ultimatum, although they will be thrashier.
For the MSG song, the new Joshua Perahia "Resurrection" disc would be a decent comparison. Also, the new John Schlitt album might do well for you.
