Just to let everyone know that we have already lost one board member here because of this thread.  This is not going to be the new CMR and become a major debating of issues.

 I believe that homosexuality is sin.  Period.  I feel that Jesus' teaching on marriage being between a man and woman to be how we interpret the books written by the apostles.  I believe that homosexual marriages are outside the will of God.  That is all I have to say about it.

Maybe we just need to end this thread.  Doesn't seem to be anything constructive be said anymore.

I just don't want to see good people leave because this becomes a debate forum.  We lost Redeemed Fool over this.  I saw someone else on Facebook mention that this had become a debate forum.  While I think this was well behaved, it will become a circular argument that will reach an impasse.  Face it--did anyone change their position because of this?  Then it is meaningless.  It isn't "iron sharpening iron" as we are a house divided on this issue.  While tempers have stayed pretty cool, it just opens the door for more of these senseless debates that go round and round and round.
