The music files have now been completely approved by Tate and we move to the design stage.  We shall see what happens.

This is another step in the right direction.

Sadly, I am going to have to let go of my original front cover.  The burning church pic will get moved to the back cover.

Luckily, I have a friend who has helped with the design and I have something that I think everyone will like just as much.

It makes me curious to see how the new cover looks like.

I can guarantee that my face will be in the packaging, but not on the front cover.  There is a rough draft on my Facebook page.

In the inserts, I have a picture of me that has been turned into a negative.  So, even though my ugly mug will be shown, it is highly distorted.  I love it.  My wife hates it.  She loses.  LOL

The burning church picture will still be there--it will just be on the back cover.  Tate thought it was too controversial and that people would complain about it when you mixed it with the title of the album.  So, I had a friend do something for me and I am really diggin' in.  The cover looks more like something that Dokken would have used.

Be watching the Facebook page as the new cover will be unveiled there first.  Tate has approved my new packaging designs and we are headed to print!  CD should be out VERY soon!

Now, that's all good news about the new packaging designs.
I'm curious what the cover will be.
For us who are very interested to by "Hostile To The Gospel" it's cool we can order the CD soon.

Great news!  This is a good year for new albums!

To be honest, while I liked the concept/idea of the cover, there was something I didn't like as much about the photo itself being on the front cover. The fact that the photo is on the back cover probably works better, actually, because it looks like a background or backdrop (probably because it's only two colours - black and orange).

Can't wait to have a CD in my hands. Things are moving really well!

I like the fact that the burning church will still be part of the insert art as well. I still think that was a heavy image - but love the new cover art even more !

The art, though, is pretty cool and eye-grabbing. Nicely done.

I think it works really well, and I love the logo style and font.

Looks really sharp! That is a sweet, sweet logo. Alldat, if you were an old-school rapper, you could have that engraved on a medallion and wear it on one of those huge gold rope RUN-DMC style necklaces! Ha ha! All joking aside though... it looks really good man!
